When you get in touch via the website contact form, phone, e-mail or our socials we will arrange a date and time that suits you best for the initial conversation. During the appointment we will spend some time getting to know you and your business, your requirements and ideas. We will then move onto more details about PRT, what we can offer you and we will also go through any questions you may have at this point.
In our initial appointment we would have agreed a date for us to e-mail over a proposition for your website – this will include your requests and ideas as well as our proposition of the design, layout and content. You will have a few days to go through it, think about it and let us know of any changes you may want before giving us a green light to go ahead.
The Design Process
Once we are finished with our design process we will contact you to arrange another appointment at your best convenience. We will then ask you to dial into a Skype call (we are happy to use other platforms too) and using the screen-sharing option we will let you see what we have done and get your thoughts on the progress. We will then ask you to take some time to think about any changes or corrections you may want or need.
We will go back to work on the corrections and changes you may want to make. This is a really important stage, because we often find our clients have come up with a number of ideas they want included and this gives you an opportunity to add or change at absolutely no added cost.
There is nothing better for us as website designers than getting to the stage of a final handover and getting our clients’ businesses online. It is really important to us that you are completely happy and satisfied.
